How to Place an Order
We've streamlined the ordering process to ensure a smooth and secure experience for you:
- Visit the product page, and select your preferred color and size.
- Add the items to your shopping bag.
- Once you're ready, click the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the website to review your selected items.
- Enter your shipping address and choose a delivery method that works best for you.
- If you have a discount code, apply it at checkout for additional savings.
- Select a payment method from the available options, and provide any necessary details.
- Review your order to ensure all information is correct. When everything looks good, click "Pay Now."
Shortly after, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details of your purchase. From that point on, we'll handle your order with care and provide updates via email, including shipping status notifications.

Order Status
Once your order is confirmed, it goes through two stages:

Order in preparation
Your order is carefully packed, and all the necessary documentation is prepared to be sent with your item. -
Order sent
Once packed and ready, your order is shipped to the provided address. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your package is dispatched.
You can track your order at any time by entering your order number on our "Track Your Order" page. If you have an account, you can easily access this information within your account dashboard.
