Welcome to our store. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product we offer. Your complete contentment is our top priority.

Claims Our return policy applies exclusively to products purchased from our official site. We are not responsible for products bought from other websites selling Stavo items. Please inspect your parcel carefully upon receipt, as we do not cover damages caused by misuse or anything other than Dead-On-Arrival (DOA). If your item is damaged during transit or becomes faulty within the warranty period, please email us with photos or video evidence of the issue. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note: Authorization for all returns is managed by Stavo. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us without hesitation.

Returns Stavo accepts returns within 60 days from the delivery date. Restrictions may apply as detailed in our Returns Policy.

Please note: We inspect all returned items. They must be new, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, including all parts and accessories. Contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return, and we will provide instructions for the return process.

(Except for issues related to product quality or incorrect items sent, returns for other reasons will not be covered.)

Reasons for Free Return

  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive a product that does not match the listing, send us photos of the item. After confirmation, we will arrange a free return.

Reasons Not Supporting Free Return (Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for both sending and returning.)

  • Late Arrival: We do not cover returns if delays are caused by the logistics company.
  • Change of Mind: If you receive the item but no longer want it, or if you ordered by mistake, or if the price changes, we do not cover the return.
  • Does Not Match Description: If the item differs from the product description or image, contact our customer service for a resolution.
  • Missing Manual or Non-Standard Manual: Contact our customer service for the correct installation manual.
  • Ordered by Mistake: If you purchased the wrong product version, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Dislike of Color/Quality: Returns are not accepted for personal preferences regarding color or quality.

Note: We are not responsible for items that are stained or damaged due to user error.

Refunds All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Note: Customers will be charged for shipping costs only once, including return shipping; no restocking fees apply.

We accept shipping methods including e-Packet, China Post, and express shipping via DHL and FedEx. For other shipping options, please contact us for confirmation, or we may not be able to accommodate them.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of receipt and the status of your refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method, typically within 48 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as processing may take some time. Next, reach out to your bank as there may be a processing delay. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@stavotouch.com, and we will investigate further.
